Protecting your privacy and personal information is a top priority. We have implemented reasonable measures to secure both your data and our physical premises. We exercise reasonable care to ensure the safe transmission of your information from your device to our servers (unless sent by a means outside of our control, such as email). However, we cannot guarantee that our measures will completely prevent unauthorized access to your information. By using this site, you assume this risk.

WARRANTY

RECEIVING INSPECTION

Please inspect the product and packaging upon receipt. Any shortage or damage must be clearly indicated on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

CLAIMS

If the product is damaged due to shipping, please note it with the shipping company and contact us immediately at 803.978.2753. Carefully inspect the external condition of the package. If there is visible damage, take a picture while the item is still in the box or on the pallet. Proceed cautiously and inspect the equipment. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or another solution to meet the customer’s needs.

RETURN POLICY
    •    Standard Products: If the product arrives in good condition, has no structural defect, and is a standard product (color, dimensions, options), but the customer decides they do not want the item, a refund will be issued for the original sales price minus a 30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping to Sorinex, including proper packaging and all shipping costs. The item must arrive in good, salable condition before a refund is processed.
    •    Custom Products: If the product arrives in good condition, has no structural defect, and is a custom product (color, dimensions, options), but the customer decides they do not want the item, no refund will be issued. Custom equipment is built to individual specifications outside of standard offerings and requires additional time and costs for design, oversight, and production.
    •    Used Products: If the product has been used (standard or custom), has no defect, and the customer decides they do not want the item, no refund will be issued.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
    •    Lifetime Warranty: Sorinex Exercise Equipment Inc. offers a lifetime warranty on all structural steel materials, equipment frames, and welding integrity for the original purchaser (non-transferable), when used as intended.
    •    Paint, Powder Coating, and Upholstery: Covered for 90 days from receipt of order.
    •    Moving Parts: Covered for 1 year from receipt of order.

Warranty claims are subject to inspection by Sorinex to determine if abuse, neglect, or misuse is present.

Third-Party Warranties

For products not manufactured by Sorinex, the original manufacturer’s warranty applies.

Barbell Warranty

Barbells are not warrantied against bending or damage due to user negligence or improper handling, maintenance, alteration, or storage. Most bar-related issues arise from misuse rather than manufacturing defects. Improper use includes:
    •    Dropping the bar onto boxes, benches, or spotter arms within a power rack.
    •    Dropping the bar excessively with damaged bumpers or iron plates.
    •    Dropping the bar frequently on concrete or other hard surfaces.

Unique cases will be evaluated individually.

Warranty Claims

The customer is responsible for providing Sorinex with relevant information regarding the condition of the equipment. If the issue falls under warranty, Sorinex will replace the defective product or parts, supply return packaging, and cover shipping or on-site labor costs by a certified Sorinex Equipment Repair Specialist.

If the issue is not covered under warranty, repairs may still be performed at the customer’s expense for labor and materials. A written estimate will be provided before non-warranty repairs begin. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-warranty situations.

The entire content of this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, and code, is copyrighted as a collective work under United States and other copyright laws and is the property of Sorinex Exercise Equipment, Inc. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Sorinex Exercise Equipment, Inc.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print portions of this site solely for placing an order with Sorinex or purchasing Sorinex products. Any other use is strictly prohibited unless authorized by Sorinex.

TRADEMARKS

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on this site are the property of Sorinex Exercise Equipment, Inc. unless otherwise indicated. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sorinex Exercise Equipment, Inc. reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove products at any time. Sorinex is not liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from the use, or inability to use, the materials on this site or product performance.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Sorinex reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at that incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged, Sorinex will issue a credit to your account for the incorrect amount.

USE OF SITE

Harassment in any form, including via email, chat, or obscene/abusive language, is strictly prohibited. Impersonation of others (including Sorinex employees or visitors) is also prohibited. You may not upload, distribute, or publish content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringes on privacy or intellectual property rights.

Sorinex does not guarantee that the site will be error-free or free of viruses. Some states do not permit limitations on warranties, so certain disclaimers may not apply to you.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Sorinex Exercise Equipment, Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these terms and conditions.
