We, the undersigned, request Sorinex Exercise Equipment’s permission to use 3D Model files from Sorinex furnished electronic media for our use on the referenced project. This proprietary information is the property of, and is released to us through, Sorinex Exercise Equipment solely for reference on the project. This data will be used only for the purpose of the preparation of in-house coordination drawings on the referenced project only. It will not be furnished to others or used for any other purposes without the specific permission of Sorinex Exercise Equipment.

We understand there is not a contractual or otherwise implied obligation on Sorinex Exercise Equipment to furnish this data to us. This request is for our sole benefit and advantage. We assume full responsibility for the data provided to us and it’s use, to the same extent as if we prepared it ourselves. We will verify that all data obtained is complete, properly formatted and acceptable for our intended use.
